The functions we run for a principal
Representation covers the full path a product takes into and through the Syrian market. Each of the functions below is operated by our own teams and reported back to the companies we represent.
Regulatory Affairs
We prepare and submit registration dossiers to the Syrian Ministry of Health, and we manage the file for as long as the product stays on the market. That covers initial registration, variations, renewals, and the correspondence that sits between them.
Artwork and labelling are reviewed against local requirements before printing rather than after, and import authorisations are handled alongside the registration itself so that supply is not held up by paperwork that could have been anticipated.
Distribution
We deliver to hospitals, retail pharmacies, private clinics and institutional customers through our own fleet and delivery teams. Routes are planned around the storage conditions a product requires, and consignments stay under our control from the warehouse to the point of delivery.
Deliveries are documented so that a batch can be traced from arrival in the country through to the customer that received it.
Supply Chain
We plan orders against demand and lead time so that stock arrives before it is needed and does not sit longer than it should. Import scheduling, customs clearance and inbound quality checks are managed as one process rather than handed between parties.
Stock is rotated on a first expired, first out basis, and shelf life is monitored so that a principal is warned about slow-moving stock while there is still time to act on it.
Market Access
We advise on pricing submissions, reimbursement routes and tender participation, and we prepare the documentation each requires. Where a product needs to reach institutional buyers, we manage the tender calendar and the submissions that go with it.
Principals receive an assessment of what a given product realistically faces in this market before commercial commitments are made.
Medical and Scientific Affairs
Our medical team supports healthcare professionals with accurate product information, responds to medical enquiries, and reviews locally produced materials for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
The same team operates the safety reporting channel, receiving adverse events and product complaints and forwarding them to the marketing authorisation holder within the required timelines.
Business Intelligence
Principals receive regular reporting on stock movement, sales by channel, shelf life exposure and supply performance. Reporting is prepared for the companies whose products the data describes, and it is not shared beyond them.
Where market data is available, we set a principal's own figures in that context so that performance can be read against the market rather than in isolation.
Patient Oriented Solutions
Where a principal operates a patient support, access or adherence programme, we administer it locally: enrolment handling, supply coordination, and the documentation the programme requires.
These programmes are run to the principal's protocol and within the limits local regulation places on contact with patients.
